The Airlie pavilion is designed to provide the separate function of Summerhouse when the weather allows and year round practicality when it does not. It is well suited as a home office, where finding the space within the house is not possible or indeed preferable, or a quiet place away from the house, whatever the weather!
The structure provides these functions without compromising its appearance. We have raised its eaves level above that of our standard buildings to retain proportion and added an extra room which might provide a storage, kitchen or even changing area. Panels are also interchangeable so the building can be orientated to suit its surrounding, exact details of which can be discussed before ordering.
Our ability to pre-wire the building for sockets, lighting and even computer networking in cooperation with the client further increases its flexibility. Double glazing, modern insulation (even under the floor), solid timber T&G flooring (choice of finishes) also add to its appeal, and a choice of colour (or even colour matching) complete a truly superior structure.
